From The Shambles in the village of Bulwick to White Cottage in Kings Cliffe, each property brings together historic character and contemporary design. Thoughtfully curated interiors, hand-selected fabrics, natural materials and carefully considered details create inviting spaces filled with personality, comfort and understated luxury.

WHITE COTTAGE
Situated in the heart of picturesque Kings Cliffe, White Cottage is a beautifully renovated two-bedroom property created for couples and small families. Its bright, thoughtfully curated interiors combine the character of a listed cottage with contemporary comforts, including a well-appointed kitchen with brand-new appliances. A private outdoor area provides a peaceful place to relax, while the surrounding village and countryside invite guests to experience the charm and slower pace of rural Northamptonshire.

FAQs

Is there parking available at the properties?

The Shambles cottage offers private parking for two cars, conveniently located right next to the property.
For White Cottage, on-street parking is available.

What time is check in/check out?

Check-in is from 4pm onwards, and check-out is by 10am. If you require alternative times, let us know and we’ll help if availability allows.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the properties. This helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all guests, including those with allergies.

Do you provide cleaning during my stay?

For stays longer than 7 nights, a mid-stay clean is required. This service carries an additional cost and helps keep the properties fresh, tidy, and comfortable for the duration of your visit. If you would like to arrange extra cleaning at any time, just let us know.

Are the properties suitable for children?

The cottages includes some traditional features such as an open staircases, so younger children may require a little extra supervision. That said, the property is perfectly suitable for a young family and many guests enjoy its cosy, homely feel. If you have any specific concerns, we’re happy to advise before you book.

Is there a minimum stay?

We have a minimum stay of 2 nights. This may vary during peak times such as Christmas and other seasonal periods. If you are interested in a shorter stay or a longer let, please feel free to get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
